First Time Login


In this video, let's review the recommended process for your first-time login to RPAS WILCO.


RPAS

In RPAS section, you can update your aircraft information. You can also upload a copy of the drone registration in PDF or image file format. If you are a Pro or an Enterprise user, you can manage multiple aircraft information here.

For Enterprise users, you can schedule and manage the maintenance of drones for your organization in this section.

First, click "Add," then the RPAS form shows up.

Then, click the Manufacturer drop-down menu.

Once you select a manufacturer, a list of drones for the specific manufacturer is available in the model drop-down menu.

If you do not see a manufacturer from the drop-down menu, you can select "Not in list" and manually enter your drone information.

You can also upload a drone certificate on this page.

Finally, you can click Save, and then your drone information is ready.

If you need to delete or edit the information, you can drag the RPA S line to the left and update the information.

Users

This section is to make your "pilot information." If you use RPAS WILCO for yourself with the Standard or Pro package, this is about yourself. If you are an Enterprise admin user, you can invite drone pilots of your organization from this page.

You can also upload a copy of your drone pilot certificate in either PDF or Image file format . When you enter your email info on this page, please ensure that you use the same email address as your login ID to receive all the documentation correctly.

You can set up Pilot Recency and Training Schedule for an Enterprise account on this page. So you can keep tracking multiple pilots' training schedules and history.

First, click "Add," then the User form shows up.

Then, you can enter your personal information as well as your pilot certificate.

Once again, please make sure to use the same email address as your login ID.

If you need to delete or edit the information, you can drag the user line to the left and update the information.

Once you create both user and RPAS information, now you are ready to start using RPAS WILCO for your operation.
